Yazi is a senior at CU Boulder, majoring in Environmental Studies with an emphasis on Chemistry and a minor in Geology. Passionate about Earth sciences, Yazi focuses on land/soil remediation, resource management, and climate research. Her commitment to understanding and improving our planet drives her academic and extracurricular pursuits. Outside of her studies, Yazi finds joy in dancing, hiking, yoga, and going to the gym. As a multicultural Greek organization member, Yazi is deeply committed to advocating for Latinx students and students of color to excel in higher education, fostering a supportive and inspiring community. Yazi is dedicated to making a positive impact through her work and personal interactions, blending her love for science with a commitment to inclusivity and outreach.
